We're constantly developing, buying, trading, and selling websites. It's a small but important part of our business. Often times a client might not have funds on hand to pay for our services and we'll sometimes take a site in place of payment. We'll often do a light cleanup of these sites and then offer them here. You'll find that the pricing is sharp and for someone just starting out, these can be a great value as the domains may be aged, the sites may have a fair number of pages indexed, and backlinks recognized by the larger search engines. We understand the value of a website and these are selling at the lowest point so please don't bother offering anything less than the asking price. We do not offer hosting with these sites but can recommend reliable hosting companies. We will also move a site to your new host for a nominal fee. Alyssa Milano Fans - SOLD

This is one of three fan sites we acquired within the last year. This site is built with tables and a style sheet. There is a script that controls the image gallery. Adding more photos is quite easy and thumbnail generation is done in bulk by executing one file. There is a portion of the site that allows one to earn commissions via Amazon sales and blocks are laid out for contextual advertising as well. Traffic volume is light at just about 200 unique visitors per month and the bandwidth consumption is less than 50megs at that volume. This site is priced at $250.

Lake Bell Fans - SOLD

This would be the second of the trio mentioned above. The features are the same as the Alyssa Milano site. Traffic volume is better at just about 500 unique visitors per month and the bandwidth consumption is less than 175megs at that volume. This site is priced at $500 and as of today (May 11th) is ranked #2 on MSN for the search Lake Bell.

Kristin Kreuk Fans - SOLD

This would be the third in the series. The features are the same as the 2 sites above. The traffic level us currently around 650 visitors per month using less than 150meg at that level. This site is priced at $500.

DogTwist.com - SOLD

We han an opportunity a while back to buy this partially completed site and snatched it up quickly. We're pretty happy with the overall look of the site but it needs a complete code overhaul. It's currently structured in clunky tables and most of the data is pulled from flat file includes. You'll note that some of the language is Brit English. Our contracted content writer Jade knocked off a few articles for us to keep the front page content fresh. We have content writers available in many locations and offer site translation services should you have a need to move into foreign markets. This site was recently sold to a traffic company who pretty much tanked all of the content and has chosen to funnel all of that traffic to their affiliate leads. We'd be lying if we said that their choice of action was not disappointing but we're guessing we'll see the old site reborn under a new domain at some point in the future. This site is priced at $300.

SushiSpace - SOLD

A fantastic niche website that has limited competition and a nice holiday income. The buyer will want to update the look but a fair amount of link building and promotion has been in motion. This site is priced at $400.
